Plaintiffs appeal from the dismissal with prejudice of their amended complaint for legal malpractice. We reverse.

Negligence on the part of defendant attorney is alleged to have occurred through his advice to, and failure to advise, plaintiffs in connection with his representation of them in their purchase of a condominium unit. That purchase on April 11, 1985, involved their paying $5,000 cash, executing a promissory note for $12,000 secured...
