This matter comes before the Court on the Complaint for Determination of Nondischargeability of Debt file by Doran Services, Inc., d/b/a Servicemaster North/South ("Servicemaster") on April 20, 1987. Trial was held April 5, 1988. The Court now makes its findings of fact and conclusions of law.
