This legal proceeding had its genesis in an interpleader suit brought by Woolf & Magee, Inc. This corporation holds an oil, gas and mineral lease from all parties to this appeal. These parties are asserting conflicting claims to certain royalty interest and mineral interest in certain lands in Angelina County.
