PURTLE, Justice.
This is an appeal from judgments on two jury verdicts in the circuit court. The appellants' sole argument on appeal is that the trial court erred in instructing the jury in accordance with the bracketed second paragraph of AMI Civil 2d, 901(B). We hold that the trial court did not err in giving the instruction.
