This is an action to set aside a deed on the ground that it was never delivered to the grantee. The realty involved is a 1-acre tract located in the city of Norwood, in Wright County, Missouri. There is a house on the premises. The property was owned by Johnnie Wesley Clemons when he died intestate on August 28, 1986.
