GOTHARD, Judge.

Wayne Gilbert appeals his conviction and sentence for violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64, armed robbery. Gilbert was charged by bill of information on August 29, 1986, for an armed robbery that occurred the night before. He pled not guilty and a jury trial was held December 1 and 2, 1986. On a vote of ten to two, the jury found Gilbert guilty as charged. At a sentencing hearing on December 18, 1986 the court denied the defendant's motion for arrest of judgment...
