This is an original habeas corpus proceeding. Relator, Terry Lynn Sinclair, asks this court to order him released from an order of commitment which the 312th District Court of Harris County entered on November 12, 1987, in Cause No. 84-45269. The court ordered a criminal commitment and a civil coercive confinement after finding relator in contempt for willfully failing to pay child support pursuant to a decree of divorce and for failing...
