Defendant-appellant Muzamal Chaudhry was convicted in federal district court of possessing heroin with intent to distribute and of conspiracy to commit the substantive offense. See 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846. Following imposition of sentence, Chaudhry prosecuted this appeal.
