HAYS, Justice.

Appellant James Carmichael was convicted of capital felony murder and attempted rape. He was sentenced to life without parole and has appealed on three assignments of error: (I) the trial court erred in limiting appellant's cross-examination, (II) in allowing the state to argue a fact not supported by the evidence and (III) in refusing to direct a verdict for insufficient evidence. We sustain the trial court.
