Defendant appeals by leave granted from an order denying his motion for summary disposition. We reverse.

This is a case of legal malpractice. In September or November, 1975, the plaintiff contacted and retained defendant to pursue a lawsuit against plaintiffs employer, the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc., for alleged employment discrimination and harassment.
