This is a libel suit filed by Victor Bussie, President of the Louisiana AFL-CIO, against Margaret Lowenthal (Lowenthal) and the Boeing Company (Boeing). The defendant, Boeing, filed a motion for summary judgment which was denied by the trial court. Boeing thereafter applied for a writ of review to this court of appeal.
