The Missouri Insurance Guaranty Association1 (MIGA) appeals from an adverse judgment based on Betty F. and Robert E. "Buck" Rodgers claims against Sheriff Robert Crenshaw. The Rodgers' suit resulted in the entry of an uncontested summary judgment in the amount of $100,000 being entered against Crenshaw.
