This mandamus proceeding arises out of a suit for divorce. Relators are Gregory B. Enos, the husband in the divorce action, and the law firm of Burwell & Enos, Inc. The wife, Susan Enos, is the real party in interest. During the divorce proceeding, she sought certain discovery.
