OPINION

CHAPA, Justice.

These are appeals from the convictions of appellants Eduardo Cisneros and Jesus Cisneros Jr. for the murder of Cesar Flores. Jesus Cisneros Jr. was sentenced to confinement for 99 years, and Eduardo Cisneros to confinement for 50 years. After timely motions for new trial were filed and denied, these appeals have been perfected. Both Cisneros present identical points of error on appeal and we will therefore deal with them jointly....
