GARRISON, Judge.

The defendant, James Williams, was charged by bill of information with two counts of simple burglary, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:62. A jury found the defendant guilty as charged on both counts. The defendant later pled guilty to the multiple bill of information filed by the State and was sentenced as a multiple offender to twenty-four years at hard labor on each count.
