This appeal is from a judgment, based on a jury verdict which convicted Dawson of possession of a Schedule II narcotic controlled substance, trafficking in a Schedule III non-controlled substance; possession of a Schedule IV non-narcotic substance, and as a second degree persistent felony offender.
