Movant, Milford Frederick, appeals from the dismissal of his Rule 27.26 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We reverse in part and remand.

In 1984 appellant was convicted of first degree sexual abuse, attempt to commit sodomy, and sodomy, and sentenced to consecutive terms of one year, two years, and six years imprisonment. We affirmed the conviction by per curiam order in State v. Frederick, 692 S.W.2d 840...
