This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of an employee against his employer, a non subscriber to the Workers' Compensation Act, for personal injuries sustained as the result of an on-the-job accident. Following one week of testimony, the jury found that negligence on the part of the employer, Crown Plumbing, Inc. ("Crown") resulted in injury to the employee, Steven H. Petrozak ("Petrozak").
