Defendant, Ellis Edwin Bolding, has pled guilty to a criminal information charging him with having escaped from federal custody from November 1, 1987 through November 20, 1987. Because Bolding's offense was committed after November 1, 1987, the sentencing guidelines promulgated by the United States Sentencing Commission under the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 are here applicable.
