PER CURIAM.

The defendant, Coy Young, Jr., appeals as excessive his sentence of ten years at hard labor for carnal knowledge of a juvenile, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:80. For the following reasons, we vacate the defendant's conviction and his sentence and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
