Petitioner, Anthony Liberatore, appeals from the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner is concurrently serving a five-year sentence for conspiracy, 18 U.S.C. § 371; a twelve-year sentence for bribery, 18 U.S.C. § 201(b)(3); and a fourteen-year sentence for conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d).
