In no. 3-87-199-CR, the district court found appellant guilty of delivery of less than 28 grams of methamphetamine, a controlled substance, and assessed punishment at imprisonment for ten years. Tex.Rev. Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 4476-15, § 4.03 (Supp. 1988). In no. 3-87-200-CR, a jury found appellant guilty of delivery of less than 28 grams of heroin, a controlled substance. Id.
