Plaintiff cattle feeders bring suit under §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2, alleging that the Defendant beef packers combined and conspired to artificially depress the price of live cattle, and attempted to and conspired to monopolize the cattle slaughter and beef fabrication industry.
