Hart was convicted of first-degree burglary while armed, first degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He contends his convictions must be reversed because the trial court violated his sixth amendment right by limits placed upon cross-examination of the complaining witness and that prosecutorial misconduct in closing argument deprived him of a fair trial.
