Defendant was convicted in a bench trial of driving under the influence of alcohol, a Class B misdemeanor in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 41-6-44 (1986). Defendant appeals, asserting four bases as error. First, defendant claims that the criminal trial constituted double jeopardy because of a prior administrative hearing involving defendant's driver's license.
