EVANS, Chief Justice.
A jury convicted the appellant of theft, and the court assessed his punishment at 10 years confinement, probated.
In his sole point of error, the appellant contends that his confession was inadmissible because it was obtained as a result of his illegal detention and in violation of his fourth amendment rights. See Wong Sun v. United States,
