This litigation began as an action by four of the five children of Noah Cloud to set aside as a simulation the purported cash sale of immovable property from Cloud to B.M. Hatch, the then husband of Cloud's fifth child, Urzula C. Hatch. The suit also sought to set aside a subsequent transfer of the property from Hatch to his ex-wife as part of the community property settlement, as well as two transfers of mineral interests from Mrs. Hatch to Martin...
