This is an appeal from convictions for robbery with a firearm, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Appellant robbed a store and pointed a pistol at the clerk in the process. For this incident he was convicted of both armed robbery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. These dual convictions would have been proper under State v. Baker, 452 So.2d 927
