The defendants, Carlos Arturo Arango (Carlos), Simeon Rojas-Lopez (Simeon), and Sixto Mario Arango (Sixto), appeal their convictions on one count of conspiracy to manufacture cocaine1, two counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine2, and one count of manufacturing cocaine.3 The defendants have raised five issues on appeal.
