This is an appeal from a conviction for trafficking in cocaine. Defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained from a deputy sheriff's stop and search of the vehicle in which defendant was a passenger. Defendant entered a plea of nolo contendere while reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress.
