HOGAN, Judge.

In this case, the State appeals from an order suppressing evidence. We reverse and remand.

The sketchy record before us indicates that on June 23, 1987, the Prosecuting Attorney of Greene County charged defendant with sodomy upon the person of a male less than fourteen (14) years of age in violation of § 566.060, RSMo 1986. A warrant was issued. Defendant was taken in custody and on June 26, 1987...
