Plaintiff Andrew Wilson brings this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against numerous City of Chicago Police Officers ("the police officers") as well as the Superintendent of Police, Richard Brzeczek ("Brzeczek"), and the City of Chicago ("Chicago").
