On June 9, 1986, appellant, Terrance Lorenzo Love, was charged by information with two counts of armed robbery and one count of possession of a firearm during a felony. Appellant was convicted of all three offenses as charged, and, in sentencing, the trial court departed from the recommended guideline sentence.
