Don McDorman appeals a judgment ordering the forfeiture of his 1982 Datsun pickup truck pursuant to the Texas Controlled Substances Act, TEX.REV.CIV. STAT.ANN. art. 4476-15, sec. 5.03 (Vernon Supp.1988).
