Defendant Dale Weidner has tendered pleas of guilty to one count of manufacture of more than 100 marijuana plants and one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute it, pursuant to a written plea agreement in which the government agreed that the sentences shall be concurrent. Mr. Weidner faces imprisonment for concurrent terms of up to twenty years...
