This case arises under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff alleges that the named defendants, officers of the Police of Puerto Rico, under color of law, deprived plaintiff of his constitutionally protected right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure. U.S. Const. Amend. IV. Plaintiff prays only for monetary damages. Defendants have moved for partial summary judgment based on the defense of qualified immunity...
