The plaintiff, Kasu Corporation (Kasu), appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court, Cumberland County, granting the motion of the defendant, Blake, Hall & Sprague, Inc. (Blake, Hall), to dismiss Kasu's complaint in accordance with M.R. Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted because barred by the six-year statute of limitations imposed by 14 M.R.S.A. § 752 (1980).
