OPINION

BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

A jury convicted Appellant of burglary of a building, and upon a plea of true to an enhancement count as a felony habitual offender, and an affirmative finding thereupon by the jury, LaGrone was assessed a punishment of forty-five (45) years in the Texas Department of Corrections. He now urges only one point of error, to wit: that the evidence presented by Appellee is insufficient to establish that Appellant voluntarily engaged...
