Rodney Eugene Baskins, a/k/a Tarzan, appeals the judgment of the lower court in which he was convicted of simple possession of more than one ounce of marijuana in violation of Miss. Code Ann. § 41-29-139(c)(2)(C) (Supp. 1986), and sentenced to serve three (3) years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections and pay a fine of $1,500.
