This is the direct appeal of the defendant below, appellant, Roland Daniels ("Daniels"), from findings by a jury that he was guilty but mentally ill with respect to various offenses. Daniels was indicted on July 2, 1985, on charges of Burglary in the Second Degree, Reckless Endangering in the First Degree, Criminal Mischief in excess of $1,500, Assault in the First Degree, and Possession of a Deadly Weapon...
