ALFORD, Judge.

The defendant, Marion Pounds, was charged by bill of information with public bribery, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:118.1 She filed a motion to quash the bill of information, which was denied by the trial court. Thereafter, the defendant pled guilty, reserving her right to appeal the denial of her motion to quash. See State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584
