OPINION

CANTU, Justice.

Appellant was charged by indictment with the offense of capital murder. A jury found appellant guilty of the lesser included offense of murder and assessed his punishment at confinement for life.

Appellant's first point of error is that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the jury's verdict because the State's evidence failed to establish that the stab wounds, allegedly inflicted by appellant, caused the death of the deceased...
