This is a dissolution of marriage case in which the principal issue on appeal concerns an award of $6,000.00 made to respondent wife as an allowance of her interest in marital property. Appellant contends the assets to which the case award was applicable, as designated by the court in its decree, were not marital property but his separate property in which respondent could claim no interest.
