The plaintiff instituted this action against her ex-husband and the lawyer who represented her in the divorce proceedings. She seeks to set aside the divorce decree on the grounds of fraud and imposition and to secure a new decree. In addition, she seeks to recover damages for "fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, alienation of affections, breach of professional duties...
