Plaintiff Moats Trucking Company appeals from a jury verdict from the District Court, Eighteenth Judicial District, Gallatin County. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant alleging breach of contract as well as breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing arising out of a termination of an oral agreement.
