This is an action for violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, brought by the purchasers of a home against the seller. The appellant-purchasers, Phillip W. Pfeiffer, and wife, Gail P. Pfeiffer, appeal from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in favor of appellee-seller, Ebby Halliday Real Estate, Inc.
