Movant appeals after the denial of his Rule 27.26 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

On November 26, 1984, pursuant to a plea agreement, movant pled guilty to a charge of first degree murder and was sentenced on December 21, 1984, to life imprisonment.
