SEXTON, Judge.

Tommy Ray Johnson appeals the trial court judgment forfeiting approximately $15,000 in cash seized at the Johnson house and the balances in two savings accounts on which his name appears.

Undercover officers working with the Lincoln Parish Narcotics Task Force made several purchases of marijuana from Tommy Ray Johnson at his residence. A search warrant was issued for the Johnson residence based upon allegations of these sales. During the search...
