James E. Foley, the appellant, filed an action against the Production Credit Association (referred to as Nolin PCA) and one of its officers, both of whom are appellees. A claim for punitive damages was disposed of by summary judgment prior to trial. The claim against the PCA officer was disposed of by directed verdict in favor of the officer.
