("RSI"), which is an Indian manufacturer and exporter of iron metal casting products, and South Bay Foundry, Creswell Trading Company, and City Pipe Company (the "importers"), which are United States importers of iron metal casting products from India, move pursuant to Rule 62(c) of the Rules of this Court for an order to "restore" an injunction pending appeal.
